How to reach us by car:
From Nuremberg, take the A3 motorway via Regensburg, exit Bogen to Viechtach.
From Munich, take the A 92 motorway to Deggendorf and then to Viechtach.
In Viechtach in the direction of Lam or Arnbruck, after approx. 7 km in Wiesing turn right to Neunußberg (3 km).

How to reach us by train:
Take the ICE to Plattling, where you change to the Waldbahn railway via Gotteszell to Viechtach station.
We will be happy to pick you up from there free of charge.

However, as we cannot rule out cross-contamination in our kitchen, we cannot provide any guarantee. If we are informed of allergies at shorter notice or even on arrival, we cannot take them into account.

Christmas 2024: from 15.12.2024 up to and including 25.12.2024
Whitsun 2025: from 08.06.2025 up to and including 18.06.2025
During this time, you can reach us from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 09.00 to 17.00.

Please always settle your room bill on site and in good time before your departure. We accept cash, EC card, VISA and Mastercard. Other credit cards and payment on account are unfortunately not possible. It is not necessary to pay a deposit in advance. However, if you would like to transfer a partial amount in advance, we will be happy to provide you with our bank details.

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from around 2.00 pm.
Optional: Early check-in from 9.00 am including breakfast and use of the spa area: € 25 per person
Our ¾ pampering board starts on the day of arrival with the afternoon buffet and ends on the day of departure after breakfast.
Please vacate your room after breakfast on the day of departure, but by 10.30 a.m. at the latest, so that the next guests can check in on time.
Late check-out (without room) until 6.00 pm incl. afternoon buffet and use of the spa area: € 35 per person

Your four-legged friend is very welcome here - just not in the restaurant and wellness area. Please let us know in advance, we charge an additional €15.00 per night for your dog without food.

0-2 years: 20,00 €/night, 3-9 years 50,00 €/night, 10-15 years 70,00 €/night.

We are happy to provide a cot if required.

We have 2 charging points (type II | 11KW). You can charge your electric vehicle with us at any time. Price: 0,50 €/kWh

Our room prices already include our ¾ pampering board and the use of our spa area. The daily prices quoted are per person per night. The offer prices are also per person, but include the entire duration of stay of the respective offer. If you only wish to book bed and breakfast, the price is reduced by €10.00 per person/night. The local tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged additionally: It amounts to € 3.00 per night for each adult and € 1.50 per night for each child from 6 - 17 years.

Cancellation

Cancellation sounds unpleasant - and it is - for you and for us. Our request: Please inform us in good time, we try to be tolerant. However, we ask for your understanding that free cancellation is only possible up to 4 weeks before arrival. If you cancel at shorter notice, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation costs:
Regular:

• up to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total price

• less than 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total price. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures.

• If we are still able to rent out the cancelled room, the cancellation fee will of course be waived.

Cancellation protection

Our cancellation cover offers you and your family optimum protection against unforeseen events before your arrival. Play it safe and look forward to your well-earned break with complete peace of mind. Our cancellation cover applies to:

• Illness before arrival (also for partners or children)
• Accident before or during the journey
• Death in the family

In the event of a claim, a copy of a confirmation, such as a medical certificate, etc., must always be sent to us.

We will be delighted if you come back and we can welcome you again. Then you will already be familiar with our hotel and know that it is worth booking treatments in our wellness area in advance. And you will also appreciate the fact that we are deliberately a "small hotel", with few rooms and a manageable restaurant area. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the advance reservation of special room numbers or restaurant tables. But we will do our best to make all our guests as happy as possible. You have our word on that!

1. We are extending the statutory limitation period for vouchers (3 years from the end of the year of purchase) to 5 years. This means that the value of your voucher is retained for 5 years after the end of the year of purchase without any deductions.
2. If the voucher is older than 5 years (at the end of the year of purchase), it loses 50% of the original voucher value.
3. If the voucher is older than 10 years (at the end of the year of purchase), it loses its validity and can no longer be redeemed.
