When we completed our new hotel kitchen in 2021, we laid the foundation for today's cuisine. With twice the space and the latest technical achievements, we were able to create the conditions that our great culinary experts under the direction of head chef Kurt Muhr needed to really flourish.
We make careful use of the surrounding nature, work successfully with a steadily growing number of producers from the Bavarian Forest and are not afraid to look out into the distance.

Our popular afternoon buffet with many savoury and sweet specialities follows from 2 pm. And the culinary highlight awaits you at the end of the day: head chef Kurt Muhr and his crew conjure up phenomenal, internationally inspired menus for you that will make even the most discerning palates happy.
